List games with man-sized vents in high security facilities!

there is mansized vent in Halo 3 campaign, it just happens to be that i got glitched up there when i played with selnor once on legendary, he was down there getting his ass handed to him and i was up there getting my ass glitched (couldn't move at all until i throw a grenade at myself and respawned)

also another game is Syphon Filter , they're so huge that you can actually do a crouching walk on them in the old games ,while in the newer games you have to be on all fours

Sly Games also used them a lot but that isn't realistic yes?

It's a little touchy. Because it's not realistic. But maybe it counts since it's used in the same way.

Mario. Eats Fireflower(WTF is it called?) (Mario Spits fire) (This would not happen to a human)
Sly Uses Man Sized Vent (human could do this)
