I would look into Kenmore grills from Sears.  They have a small gas one but it's around $300.  I like them because they have a ceramic grill area and porcelain shell, so it's easy to clean.

Masterbuilt and Weber also make a nice grill.  I would recommend getting a higher end grill cause cheapos like Char-broil crap out in a year or two.  Masterbuilts cost more than Kenmores and I had one before I got the Kenmore I have now and it lasted a good 5 years, but they are a bigger pain in the ass to keep clean since it's mostly stainless steal.  Just be ready to replace the burners and heat distributors after a few years, they don't cost much, but keep the manuals so it's easier to find the part you need.

Just be sure to keep it clean and dry.  If you let grease and burnt stuff gather for prolonged periods you'll end up hurting the finish when you get around to cleaning it.  Built up gunk requires lots of scrapping which will hurt the finish.
