Personally not looking forward that much to hybrid games. If I have to take my hands off of the controller while playing its going to be awkward. Controllers are designed for two hands.
Only thing that would be decent is the voice controls, but you don't need to Kinect for that (see EndWar).
I think they should develop Kinect only games and move those experiences forward instead of trying to shoehorn it into current experiences.
