The West is powerfull and influential. The third world countries are not. And when they'll become more developed they'll imitate the West, due to the strong influence the West has over the whole world.

imitate, with their own flavor, then dominate, then absorb. This is my opinion. Our culture will be a heritage, same as the christmass tree which was from a payan feast and incorporated into the christmass one, we'll have bits of our culture left... but not the whole, not the main aspects of it.
Though we're talking about the future, so other than opinions, we can't really argument. Your points are valid, but I believe their influance will be minimal.
