I believe Nintendo must have something else under development, hopefully not just for casual games. I won't be surprised if Animal Crossing Wii, Mario Kart Wii, SSBB become hugely successful WW. But Wii needs more than that to last long enough to sell over 100 million. Hopefully the third party developers will come up something new to catch some love from Nintendo fans. But so far, no luck for them. Or, we just wait until Nintendo launches their "next gen" console in 3 years, and then the whole routine will start over again: Mario Party 9, Super Mario XXX, Mario Kart XXX (joking). |
The software is coming. Since the Wii is the leading platform now, developers are going to take advantage of the userbase.
