I just checked Newegg and I was allowed to put both the Legendary and the Limited editions in my cart. Not sure if I had actually tried to purchase what would happen but I think you have a good shot at getting it somewhere else for now at least.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.
