Odd that they were willing to work with Nintendo, then found themselves cast against them. It's a tiny bit like the PlayStation story, except this time the "PlayStation" failed horribly.

it is like the original SONY-NINTY thing but there hasn't been anything since then so PS3 failure is another matter

I think Mr Khan was referring to the N-Gage as the 'Playstation' as they were both born out of similar circumstances according to the article.

At least, I think

oh i din't think of that

nintendo became SONY and nokia became nintendo....hehe

Eh? No, Nintendo stayed Nintendo. The comparison is, Once again, an outside company worked with Nintendo to create something that Nintendo ultimately rejected. This outside company then released this device on their own, to outstanding success in Sony's case and outstanding failure in Nokia's.

you can do it both ways

and first time nintendo was the one which wanted to use SONY's cd ,SONY idn't have much interest.

What? No. Nintendo worked with Sony to create a CD attachment for the SNES. Then suddenly they dropped that and went to Philips for what eventually became the CD-i, and Sony took what they had and made the PlayStation.

ueah but SONY didn't aprroch ninty but ninty approached SONY.SONY till then had no interest

ninty left as the deal would have given sony half of the rights that ninty had
