Yea, pretty much Thinkpads (T series and above) or Macbook Pros.

Hell no, screw Macbooks. They're overpriced like hell, and you can get better PC laptop for half the price.

The best brands I've heard and tried are Toshiba and ASUS, especially Toshiba.
