Every core FF fan in Japan will have a PS3 and will have this game already. If there is substantial cross ownership between PS3 and 360 then the potential market for the game on 360 is pretty small.
If the game was substantially visually superior on 360 then it might have been worth it, but given this is one of the minority cases where the PS3 version is the overall superior version (according to DF and Lens of Truth) then there is even less reason to do it. Even so I thought they could possibly squeeze 200K sales out of 360 owners in Japan. Seems like I'm waaaay off on that by the comments in this thread.
