Highly unlikely, but...

If you aren't comparing anything higher than "high" settings, which most decent PCs run Crysis at (stop with the Ultra and mod comparisons since they're still barely playable without dropping resolution or playable frame rates on all but the most expensive VGA card set ups)
- you push a modest 1280x720 resolution (lower than most decent PCs)
- with no AA
- plus an optimized engine for individual console platforms
- possibly even lower hardware overhead from the game levels themselves (which take place in a city with rigid, fixed geometry rather than organic moving geometry, which requires more hardware overhead)
- possibly even smaller levels (that aren't ridiculously spread out like the original Crysis where at times the game felt like a 10K run simulator)

and then I could see Crysis 2 on either console looking good enough to warrant a comparison.

At least until you compared it to Crysis 2 on PC with the settings turned up.
