Keep in mind Killzone 2 broke 2 million sold (let alone shipped) way back in October.  And few retailers in NA are willing to drop the price of a game before the manufacturer does, barring titles that are no longer shipped and are on clearance.  Retailers in Europe seem quite willing to drop prices shortly after release, though.
