"OPM" open-world game with user-generated missions hitting PS3

Could easily be LBP2.  I doubt LBP2 will be a platformer as the customizable nature of LBP means that there's no need for a sequel.  I fully expect LBP2 to tackle a new genre.. Sackboy GTA would be pretty awesome!
