Why was it too early? Alan Wake and Heavy Rain were demoed YEARS ago, and they are just now being released. Anyway, Milo was a demo to illustrate the technology being Natal, but people got hung up around a little digital boy, and hte fact that THAT's what they keyed on is creep to me. Milo should have been a "Marcus" clone going thru and blasting shit to appeal to the gaming lot...and we wonder why gamers get a bad rap from the politicians of the world.
