I remember the fall began with Conquer´s Bad Fur Day, it didnt met sales expectations in the N64, later they took the Star Fox series and everybody hated that game. When there was MS buying the 51% part certain brothers had in RARE, it was Nintendo the one that sold the rest 49% since they realized RARE was not what it used to be.
I just think they lost that spark, and couldnt identify what the current generation was claiming in the games, the last game i heard of them was the Star Fox Adventures, in the Xbox/X360 they have done very little.
