To embed Youtube videos, copy the URL of the video in question. When making a rich text reply (click the "reply" button or "quote" button) there is a control panel above the text box - to the right of the little yellow smilie face is a film reel. Click the film reel, paste thee URL into the appropriate box. Presto.
