Ill bite harder, Bungie > Insomniac + Guerrilla games

LOL very true if your 12 :) Bungie put out the most basic run of the mill FPS and the fan's ate it up :) The only thing bungie did before anyone was have a console fps that played online XD but hey, if that's the only ticket you need to enter the greatness park then man we have some outstanding devs ;)

Actually, you're a little wrong.

Halo was important because it had very good controls for a console FPS, the regenerating shield was important, and the system link made the game more accessible to large amounts of people than any other (good) console game out there.

Halo 2 was important because of the online play and minor improvements to the game.

Halo 3...not really that important.

 I actually thought goldeneye to be a bit more intuitive on controls than Halo, man I hated that controller. But the only thing I can personally give halo was that it brought a pc element over to the console. But if you take a look at what makes Halo so great, it all boils down to the simplicity of use. I guess that's why I was just uninterested, it had nothing that makes it unique, "regenerating armor" was fine and all but thats not exactly innovative in a FPS, it's actually one of the reasons I DON'T like halo, I've dumped so many assault rifle rounds into people and they just don't die -_-;

From 0 to KICKASS in .stupid seconds.
