Could be. Again, it's not really difficult to deal with. It's best if you simply don't bother responding to his posts and just report him. Ignore his presence in the topic because his posts won't exist eventually anyway. The part he doesn't seem to understand is it's much easier for me to ban him than for him to create an account. I just have to hit a button and type in "99999" in length of days.
Also, on topic, I expect reviews for the game to average about 94% on gamerankings. It will be hurt by the bare bones online, which isn't a problem for me, but reviewers will complain about it. I don't ever use voice chat when playing online on consoles anyway because I don't like being cursed at by young children or hearing lots of racial slurs flung around while I'm trying to enjoy my game.
