HAHA. that screen is awesome. Especially the jagged shoulder on the right...
Otherwise, low resolution screenshots usually make the game look better than it really does, due to your mind being able to fill in the blanks.
Still, Mass Effect 2 has great characters. Both graphically and otherwise. It's the absolutely best thing about the game and Bioware knows it.
