Cabela's big game hunter 2010? Really? Sigh. Nerf n Strike Elite? How can people say quality software sells on Wii?

X360 dominatiiiiion combo breaker over Ps3 in the to 20..9 vs 4.

You don't like then don't buy it

A market actually likes those games

A Cabela game selling 400k in one month is just a shame.

Why isn't Silent Hill Shattered Memories on the list ? Where's A Boy and his Blob or Rabbids Go Home ?

1).  The Cabela game is actually pretty decent.  I'm sure you haven't tried it.

2).  Rabbids will be a million seller eventually.  A Boy and his Blob and Shattered Memories don't appeal to a big enough audience.  Notice you didn't see Silent Hill: Homecoming set the charts on fire either.

1). I never said it was bad. But decent doesn't equal good. And when not even good games can get to 400k in a month, decent games shouldn't either.

2). Were talking about NPD here. Rabbids did not perform good there. Poor excuses for A Boy and his Blob and Shattered Memories.

I didn't know that shooting animals in a video game is more popular than playing a horror game or a platformer. Especially on the Wii.

And no Silent Hill Homecoming did not sell good. You wanna know the reason ? Because it was only decent.

1) What deserves to sell more... a game that's better constructed... or a game that's going to be fun for more people.

interestingly consumer perception greatly influences how much people enjoy a game.  You'd be surprised how little the tangeable aspects of a game matters once you've made a game thats "good enough."  The same is true for any product really.
