Not at all. They think they're being clever. I think Sony will soon be telling them to shut it. Multi plat games are an irrelevence because they'l always be virtually identical on both consoles, by choice. Sonys 1st party studios dont need it they're already extremely proficient ie Wipeout, Killzone etc. Just sounds like them trying to big themselves up. Until GOW3 comes out and blows Uncharted 2's graphics out of the water.

Naughty Dog has a team of programmers working on the tools that all PS3 developers get to use. This has been going on for a very long time, and Sony loves it
