If they didn't I believe there would be less negative comments in this regard because some people will subconciously find it looking more like the ps2 game.

This is why there is the customisation part of the game. While there have been few new costumes anyway, Jin's 3rd costumer has changed, some have a 3rd when they didn't before. And like usual, Yoshimitsu has changed completely again. But customisation allows you to change your character, even the basic main colours they have (I think, haven't properly gone through it other then for Scenario to make my characters a bit more beefy).

I know. But by leaving their default costumes like tekken 5, some might not think it looks as "fresh" as it would otherwise. Subconciously.

@selnor. Frankly I only replied because you sometimes misinform. You tend to hype up multiplat versions of a type of ps3 game thats beinfg hyped or if possible a counterpart 360 exclusive. While I dont mind that at all. I do mind that you do it to discredit ps3 games, and everytime you turn out wrong you pretend nothings happened.

Examples ?

Graphics of both Dragon age origins before it was announced multiplat and graphics of forza 3. After both were disproven you've just stayed quiet and hoped ? no-one would bring it up. Regardless, I don't want to stir up anything and derail the thread so whatever.

If you did indeed play it, you should try t5dr online before saying it looks last gen. Even though it runs at 1080p with 60fps theres a humongous difference in every aspect of the game.
