I know you don't like this answer, but I'm happy paying nothing for PSN. If they charged for it, I wouldn't pay for it. If I buy a game for my PC I don't have to pay a monthly fee to have my computer used as a host for a game that I bought. If they have dedicated servers like WoW and various other games, that is a value and is worth a monthly fee.

But how the PSN and XBL work, they do not offer dedicated servers (for the most part) they are basically using my ISP to allow their gaming to work. They aren't putting value into what I am getting from them. All they are doing is adding a way to play multiplayer games with other people easily. They aren't using resources like I am by going online.

I don't see a good reason to pay for the service, especially after I have dumped $60 into a new game. The online should be included for any and all games that I buy for the PS3 and 360.

But, at the end of the day, the PSN is free, while the 360 is not. Why should I pay Microsoft $50 a year to have some snot nosed pimply faced nerd rage Robin Hood call me a Ni~~BONG~~ assmonkey or that they are going to sleep with my mom? Sorry, if I want that to happen, I'd rather that I at least didn't pay for the service.

My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.
