Actually, no, it's not. As several ppl told you before, "AAA" is a matter of production values; budget being probalby one of the most obvious point. The AAA is a term used by publishers/developpers well before the public even know about the existence of the game.

Believe it or not, but games like Uncharted (Meta : 88), Resident Evil 5 (86) or CoD WaW (85) were all AAA games, while Flower (87) don't.
