30 years+ counts for people that played the Atari 2600 when they were little kids, or people that played Super Mario Bros when they were middle kids ... I include myself in that range

When OOT was out back in 1998, people born in 1979 (30 years) were 19 years old, out of high school, with the right to vote, go to wars and have sex with adults without sending them to jail (but still not drinking age, that's f'ed up)... So of course we saw the epic Ocarina of Time, but we also saw the original The Legend of Zelda, The Adventure of Link and A Link to the Past, and we were blown away with the transition after a lot of years of waiting...

To be honest, at that time I was busy doing the highlighted things, rather than play a video game. I am from Europe though.

Why do you have to exclude one or another? you can even do the 3 of them at the same time in some cases XD XD

BTW, just to clarify, I talked about US case because of the majority here, but i'm also not a US citizen. In my country, we can drink when we're 18 (and we really do it, our country is always on the top 3 beer consumer per capita), and we don't go to war, i assume that's your case since you're from a european country (unless you're Finnish then you have duty anyway)...
