Idiotic decisions like this should be punished as if it was a person. Unfortunately, most courts around 1st world countries are useless and do not see killing a dog as equal to a human...
The thought that he has done this shows that the individual really is not making quality life decisions should be sent to Iraq or Afghanastan without a gun and with a US flag tatooed on his forehead...
