Just downloaded it and it's awesome! I love the arranged music and 16 special effects (scrolling and rotation). Brings me back to the good old days!
@ Cougarman - I had the same problem before I switched to the Cube controller. The fact that I couldn't hold the shoot button and run almost broke the game for me. There is no fix button for the Wiimote, I don't think - so it's best to play with a Classic or Cube controller.
