Let me post the conclusion for you. These guys are so bias.
"So again, it's easy to be cynical and call this version an easy cash-in. But, if the rest of the game is as solid as the pieces I've played, then hey, it is an arguably better version than its original release. It'll be nice to have a new GTA title for the PSP (recall that GTA: Vice City Stories was a 2006 title), and at the very least, a better version of the best portable GTA title will be something cool to have for the spanking-new PSP Go that comes out that same week."
