I can confirm that it does work on vista. I didn't see this thread, actually, and I just decided to randomly see if I could by KOTOR online since I've never played it before. I found it on Steam, looked at the release date and saw that they'd put it there just a few days ago. I figured that it's worth the $10 if it's half as good as everyone says it is. So far, I'm loving it.
