I am Monty, the great villain of VGCity. I own a dark, haunted mansion right off the edge of town. It is an abandoned, forbidden place, known to a few as Section 8. I conduct my evil plans there, and I have an army of lumberjack henchmen. Not to mention I have a pretty nice hatchet myself.
Naznatips is the biggest lawyer on the block, but nobody suspects his ulterior motives. He secretly plans to take over the city by pointing his finger at everyone and yelling "OBJECTION" really loudly, and then sending his henchmen marching at the innocent civilians (the henchmen being armed with gavels, of course).
And all other villain bios will have to wait. I'm hungry.
