I'm not big on Nintendo franchises, but I'd have to say Starfox due to Starfox Adventures, the only Starfox game I ever played.
Coincidentally it is also my favourite Nintendo game, although made by Rare, followed closely by The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Edit: Nintendo has way too many franchises with characters with nearly no personality. They don't talk, they don't share their thoughts, they're almost not there even if you're playing as them. It's difficult to relate to such characters. Case in point: Samus Aran is sexy and deadly, but devoid of individuality.
Argh! Don't get me started on Nintendo... I could end up puking.
