Not really, although a few millions chinese aren't playing WoW, they are but a tiny fraction of the revenue. World of Warcraft has a very different business model in China, where subscriptions are not paid, but where you only need to spend a few cents to play every hour.
The MMORPG section also includes all retail and digital sales of World of Warcraft and it's expansions, and I suspect it also includes the digital sales of any Digital Activision game, which includes COD4, COD:WaW, etc...
The MMORPG section will probably, and highly likely, increase for this year, even if WoW lost millions in China.
