Hah, funny quotes. I'm a huge Wii fan, and really... don't think this is something worth taking seriously. The guy's still alright in my book.
So yeah, his anti-Wii comment was ignorant - who cares? People talk like this all the time when it comes to fanboyish matters (erm, does that make sense?). He did say he liked Mario / Mario Kart / Civ IV (been playin all three a ton recently myself).
I suppose I prefer having another rabid HD fanboy gamer to a nongamer. Also, I have friends who'd say the same thing, so I see where he's coming from (probably doesn't know all there is to know about the Wii).
