I lost my password. I filled out a ticket and told them my position.

I basically said over the last 5 years of me having the steam account my internet providers has changed along with my e-mail and my bank account card that was used to purchase the games has changed too. What other information can I provide to be able to get my account back. They basically sent me a copy and paste of their website in the "retrieve lost password" that I already read and said I need e-mail account and card used....
