Well they same can be said about Wiifit+ and the Art game they just been trademarked like hundreds other things that have end up being not used by Nintendo so why even include them if there is no evidence of existing in physical proof.Everthing has been confirmed with media actual statements by Nintendo except those two in you posts.

But isn't it weird that they have both been trademarked within weeks of E3? I mean, the most logical thing is that they waited until the last minute to patent it, considering their secrecy policy. Anywyas this is just my prediction, and it's very reasonable, you can also make your own, no one will prevent it.
