Apple's Market Capital is 115 Billion. Nintendo's latest numbers I could find is is 85 Billion in 2007. There stock as gone down in value, but that does not mean much. They could still have more Capital, but I am sure less then Apples.

Oh, and for comparison, Sony has 28 Billion, and Microsoft has 172 Billion.

For the record, MS has no where near the capital to buy Apple, and at the last 5 year tends, Apple might by Microsoft in 10 years

Do you understand the difference between capital and market capitalisation?

Market capitalisation is stock price multiplied by number of shares. It is one measure of the value of a company; if you wanted to buy a company outright it would cost about that.

Capital is money or other assets that a company can spend on new assets or acquisitions. It is much, much less than the market cap.

A company usually has to have several times the market cap of another in order to have enough capital availible to buy it outright; otherwise they call it a merger and no money changes hands.
