Apple's Market Capital is 115 Billion. Nintendo's latest numbers I could find is is 85 Billion in 2007. There stock as gone down in value, but that does not mean much. They could still have more Capital, but I am sure less then Apples.
Oh, and for comparison, Sony has 28 Billion, and Microsoft has 172 Billion.
For the record, MS has no where near the capital to buy Apple, and at the last 5 year tends, Apple might by Microsoft in 10 years
