Okay so this question/scenario has been bothering me for a while and I need your input....

So, one day me and my brother was watching an episode of Nip/Tuck. For all of those who don't know what Nip/Tuck is, it is a show about two plastic surgeons and the wild patients they have and how crazy their own lives are with drug addictions, sex, family issues, sex, girlfriends, more sex, etc.

Anyways, the episode of issue here is about a male yoga instructor who went to the plastic surgeons who wanted a surgery to be done regarding his penis. Now, everybody here knows that there are certain men who are...sensitive about their piece and a few are even willing to go get plastic surgery in order to enlarge them so they can feel confident.

However, that is not the case for this patient. In fact, he wanted it to be reduced. See, he is a yoga instructor. And he has managed to flex in such a manner as to be able to "please himself"...if you get the drift. Because of this "pose," he has not been able to have a stable relationship with another woman, for he has been able to please himself so well that no other girl could compete with himself...so instead of choosing to be in this state of nirvana and be by himself, he decides to reduce the size of his penis in order to stop pleasing himself and be with another woman.

My question to you is this: If you were able to achieve this state of nirvana yourselves, would you stay in this state of nirvana, or would you do anything that is possible (like this plastic surgery) in order to get out from it and be in a long-lasting relationship?

I personally would have stayed in this state of nirvana for at least a couple of years before going through this procedure...

Discuss.
