Is Too Human worth buying??

I'm gonna pick this and Spectral Force 3 up for under $40. Interested in how those 2 play out.

Just gotta finish my 5th playthrough of Mass Effect (speedrun on Insane. Already 40% of the way through in an hour and a half. lol) to get 1k/1k achievements.
