This is the biggest problem lately: everything seems to have fallen more or less in line with expectations.

Still, I'm sure the guys over at GAF will manage to be surprised somehow. Or at least cranky. Some of them are bound to be cranky.

Of course, some of ours are bound to be cranky, too, but we don't make amusing .gifs about it.

 

I don't think the gap is going anywhere until the PS3 gets a price drop. The reason the gap decreases during the summer is let casual people buy game console during the summer. I think more hardcore gamers are buying the PS3, then casual gamers. When the holiday hits, moms, dads and casual gamers buy lots of games and many of them are money concious. The cheaper systems with the most games usually does better. Until Sony can get their PS3 under $300, it's going to have a hard time beating the competition during the holidays.
