I updated the list. the (+) is change since sometime in March last year.

1. Mario - 351M (+ 49M)

2. Pokemon - 169M (+ 17M)

3. Wii Series 84.6M (+53M)

3. Grand Theft Auto - 77M (+15.5M) 

4. Final Fantasy - 61M (+ 4M)

5. The Sims - 56M (0.5M)

6. Sonic 51M (+ 12M)

7. Gran Turismo - 50.6M (+4M)

8. The legend of Zelda - 49.6M (minus 6M... Mess up by me)

9. Tetris - 46,5M (no change)

10. Donkey Kong - 45.1M (+0.1M)

11. Dragon quest 39.7M (minus 3M, adjusted down) 





12. Madden 43.1M (6M)

13. Fifa 33.3M (+9M)

(Wii Series: 31.3M) as of 13th February 2008

14. Pro evo soccer - 31M (+5.5M)

15. Brain Training - 30.9M (+9M)

16, Crash Bandicoot 29,3M (no change)

So I guess that will put it in 15th place on the all time best-sellers list.
