I've heard good things about Shoot 'em up. I've chosen not to read your review Dolla because I like to go into a movie as cold and unaware as possible. Not for spoilers or anything like that, I just like to go in without judgments or expectations.
Fountain is not like Pi or Requiem. I think all of Aranofsky's films have been different from one another. If you go by metacritic and listen to the reviews this movie is pretentions bs. Please abstain from reading the critics on this one. They assume he is trying to say or sell some big idea. I think they miss the point. Great visually, amazing score by Clint Mansell and the Cronos Quartet (same combination that provided the music for requiem). And Hugh Jackman (also from the Prestige/XMen) gives a great performance.
