Vista is a fine OS if your system is designed to actually run it. The problem is it was installed on a lot of machines that are simply not strong enough to run it.
OT: I did some reasearch on XP Starter Edition. I had never heard of it before, but guess what I found out? It has a limit to the number of applications that can be run at the same time. Anyone want to guess what that limit was? I'll give you a hint. It is a number between 1 and 10 that rhymes with three.
