Is't sure that LA NOIR is PS3 exclusive. At least in LA NOIR official page there isn't any mention about release platforms and if I remeber correctly Sony isn't funding that project any more. Also if I remember correctly some one from Team Bondis did say that LA Noire can be multi platform release.
