So if they are catering to their audience is there a problem, really?

Catering to the audience is not a problem. But when you start essentially being smug/swarmy toward others, that begin to make you a fanzine show rather than a magazine show. You should not bill yourself as the latter when you begin to act as the former. And what has happened is that things of a certain style are increasingly belittled on X-play.

Plus, what is the audience? One would assume that it is more Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers. But if you thought the same about Game Informer from looking at its content, you would be wrong since their own survey published last year showed that more readers owned Wiis than PS3s.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.
