Girls are just looking for someone who pwns and isn't a complete n00b.
On a more serious note, girls for the most part seem to be looking for someone they can relate to and have a good time with. It is always a plus though to have good looks and money.
95% of gamers don't know they are noobs, the 5% who do won't be noobs for long
