In overall total lifetime sales Blu-ray is now almost dead even erasing almost all of last years lead for HD-DVD. As of 1/14 the number was 2.6 to 1. Could be higher, there was a spike on Amazon on 1/23 when BD released 12 titles. BD has been in the lead since then on Amazon. Confirms my theory that a lot of HD-DVD buying is on Amazon and Brick and Mortar stores are selling a lot of blu-ray.
