Maybe I misunderstood the point of your list but I assumed that when you said "you won't be able to play any sequels of these game on any other system apart sony's platforms, and Europeans understand that" that you meant that these games were the reasons why people would buy a PS3 in Europe; if a game doesn't sell well it is not a reason for someone to buy a system to play its sequels.
If you want to talk about why an individual should buy a system we can get into a discussion of quality; and yes I think that ICO, Shadow of the Colossus and Okami are reasons you should buy a PS2 ... whether you should buy a PS3 to play their sequels largely depends on whether the studio even exists after such poor sales.
