All I know of is the Simple 2000 franchise. It's not a normal franchise so much as it is a collection of weird titles gathered together.

So it's an "umbrella franchise" of lots of budget titles, from stuff like boxing and bass fishing to stuff like "The Daibijin, which has attracted attention largely due to its central premise of a giant bikini-clad woman attacking a city".
