I always wanted to ask this as well. What does too much waggle mean? Is it the same as too much button mashing? /sarcasm

I'm wondering if game developers are having a hard time (or are just lazy) developing proper Wii gestures into their game. Maybe they are struggling code for measuring input on the x, y & z axis and then measuring moves based on changes to these points.

There are plenty of games that highlight the accuracy in the Wii-remote (spinning the bowling ball in WiiSports, SMG when Mario is rolling on the ball) so it would seem that even though it's not perfect 1:1 like WiiMotionPlus will be, it should be possible to do far more innovative controls than just "waggle". Perhaps in trying to cater for the "casual" audience, they figure anything except shaking the remote is too complex.
