Also, most people have iPod/Zune/iRiver/etc to watch movies on. They don't need two devices to play movies on. And far, far more people will use the Ipod and equivalents for media services which is where the media wars will be waged, not on the PSP/DS. Sony will try to fight this trend but they will lose against the Apples of the world. Sony's Walkman brand used to pretty much own the portable music market, but their incompetence let a a multi-billion dollar industry slip right through their hands.
